32oz bottle of Lamonster Approved AmerSeal
20 to 26oz is required to seal front and rear tires of a Can Am Spyder (we now recommend 6 to 7oz in the front and 10 to 12oz in the rear)
There’s nothing more disheartening than getting ready for a ride and finding out you have a flat tire. But, even worse than that is to be in the middle of nowhere and find out you have a slow leak or a flat tire. And even worse than that is to find out you have no cell service and you get a flat in the middle of nowhere. You get the point. Flat tires are something we all hate and hope that will never happen to us and if they do, we hope we are close to home. It’s one of those things when you’re on a road trip that’s always in the back of your mind. If you put on as many miles as we do. it’s not if, but when it will happen to you.
In September 2016 I shot a little video of this product and did some real world testing. As you can see in the video, it worked well but it turns out I had a little too much product in it and it caused some balance issues with another product I’m working on. Now we have the magic worked out and I have thousands of miles of testing with it and it’s earned the Lamonster Approved seal. I had a slow leak on a wheel coming from a bead and since I’ve added this product I check it everyday with my tire pressure monitors and I’ve yet to leak down even a 1/2 a pound. Before I would leak down about 5 pounds in three days. The tires ride smoothly even in cold weather and never clumps up like the product I had used in the past. I love this stuff and it will be going in everything I own that takes air.
This sealant is non-corrosive to your rims and is water soluble for easy clean up when you change tires. It can go in all tires from and including big rigs to bicycle tires. It remains fluid and effective from 45°F below zero to over 200°F. It will not migrate to the bottom of the tire when the vehicle is stopped. It seals up to l/4inch punctures in tread area, larger punctures in heavy ply tires. It seals most bead and rim leaks. It is extremely effective in tubeless tires, less effective in tube type tires.
UPDATE ON THIS VIDEO- We found that 10oz was too much for the Spyder tire and we now recommend 6 to 7oz in the front and 10 to 12oz in the rear. This will give you the optimum ride performance for your Spyder
